We rent (and also sell) our uniforms and accessories as costumes and props for theatre*, television, film and special events
Kuafman’s supplies a variety of theatre productions every year! Broadway, Off-Broadway, Off-Off-Broadway Regional Theatre, and College productions
100’s of varied military uniforms, related uniform accessories and military props are available for rental on a weekly basis or for a longer production period
Although most items can be rented or purchased, our rarer military items can only be rented
So ‘Name an Army’, ‘Choose a uniform’, ‘Pick a period’, and tell us what you’re looking for
In many instances we can assemble ‘just the right look’ from our well stocked inventory or we may be able to locate a specific item for you
We specialize in United States military surplus and uniforms from WWI, WWII, the Korean War, Vietnam War, Desert Storm, Iraqi Freedom, and up to the present day.
We also stock a wide selection of foreign military uniforms of many types, accessories, insignia, shoes and boots.
Basic security / police / SWAT style uniforms
Our store is stuffed full of 100’s of hard-to-find items and basic ‘Army & Navy store’ merchandise. Most of our used clothing and props can easily be rented.

Kaufman’s half-price rental option for individuals is simple and a lot less expensive than purchasing:
Just stop by our 42nd street store and select any* used uniform, used military accessories, prop or insignia right off the sales floor for ‘1/2’ the total retail price of the items you choose.
*An item’s rental status is subject to Kaufman’s approval.
A $25.00 minimum rental charge ($50.00 total retail price) is required.

*Students must be of legal age, 18 years or older, with bona fide students and government identification.

The best way to check on the availability of an item and learn its rental charge is to email us as follows:

INCLUDE: An attachment, a reference of some kind that illustrates the item(s) you're requesting, in order to avoid any confusion.
INCLUDE: All the sizes you require for each article of clothing.
